Directions by road
From the North
M6 to Junction 29,pick up the M65, Exit at Junction
4 onto A666 through the small town of Darwen, over
the moors to Egerton Village. We are situated just
off the main A666 road set back in private grounds,
just after the village post office and small park.
Watch out for the signs and the Tudor gatehouse at
the bottom of the drive.
From the South
M40/M1 North to Birmingham From Birmingham continue
on M6 to Junction 21a for M62 Manchester. Proceed on
M62 following signs for M60 (Manchester ring road)
off M62 at Junction 15 onto M 61 following signs for
Bolton/Preston. Once on the M61 take Bolton Rd A666.
Continue to the end of the dual carriageway at the
traffic lights, there you will notice a Ford
dealership (left) and a PC World (right) continue
ahead on the main stretch of the road and at the
next set of lights there is a Citroen dealership and
a Mercedes Dealership (right), carry on for
approximately one mile and you will approach a major
set of lights where there is an Asda (left). Carry
straight on there for half a mile and you will pass
a Spar garage (left). Continuing on until you reach
a war memorial (right) and traffic lights. Straight
on through the traffic lights and approximately 500
yards we are set back in private grounds on the
right hand side. Watch out for the signs and the
Tudor gatehouse at the bottom of the drive.
